Lady Vinces Cruz

Audio-visual Producer,

She produces short films, documentaries and films, among the most recent are; the medium-length film “Laguna Negra” by Peruvian director Felipe Esparza (2019) in co-production with Le Fresnoy – Studio national des arts contemporains (France) selected for the International Film Festival of Rotterdam, the series “Adelante con la diversidad” (2020) with HivosLatinoamerica, the feature film “Huaquero” by Ecuadorian director Juan Carlos Donoso (2021) in co-production with Ecuador (IFCI-DAFO Fund), in post-production stage, the collective short film “El powder no longer clouds our eyes” (2022), winner of the special jury prize and the audience award in the 14th Short Film within the framework of the 26th Lima Film Festival (2022) and winner of the First Prize of the Punto de Vista- Navarra International Film Festival (2023) and winner of the Main Prize of the FENDA – Experimental Festival of Film Arts of Brazil (2023). She is producer of the feature film project “Ñusta” by Ecuadorian director Christian Rojas, Perú-Ecuador (IFCI-DAFO Fund), winning project of the Open Doors of the Film Festival of Locarno (2022) and the Industry section of the Guadalajara International Film Festival (2023), She is also co-producer of the feature film "Heart of the Earth" by Kichwa director Alberto Muenala (2023), Ecuadorian Kichwa-Peruvian film (IFCI-IBERMEDIA Fund); first movie historical originating from Ecuador (in post-production).


She is one of the curators of the web platform “Sala Violeta”, the first digital platform for exclusive exhibition of audiovisual and cinematographic pieces made by women and dissidents in Peru, and she assists in the field research of the “Shared Soundscapes” project developed in Lambayeque by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and the Free University of Berlin. She is the official programmer of the Lima Film Festival.


She has been selected to the Mexico-Locarno –Industry Academy of the International Film Festival of Locarno (2023) and Talent Buenos Aires 2024. She founded the Cineclub de Lambayeque, an independent alternative exhibition hall, with 16 years of experience in Peru.
