ETHNOKINO IN MEXICO CITY =)

On behalf of the International Ethnokino Film Festival, we are thrilled to extend our deepest gratitude for the initiation of a collaborative partnership with Huerto Roma Verde, Universidad Iberoamericana, and the Escuela Nacional de Antropología e Historia (ENAH) in Mexico City. This alliance brings together a rich tapestry of cultural, academic, and environmental perspectives, each critical to advancing our shared mission of fostering cross-cultural understanding and amplifying voices through ethnographic cinema.

The partnership with such esteemed institutions brings new horizons for curating unique, impactful experiences that address the complexities of contemporary life from diverse cultural, anthropological, and ecological perspectives. We are particularly excited about the synergy between our film festival’s commitment to documenting human narratives and the vibrant community engagement and academic rigor that each of you contributes.

As we move forward, we are confident that our collaborative efforts will not only enrich the cultural landscape of Mexico City but also inspire meaningful discourse that resonates globally. The fusion of our respective strengths will enhance the narratives we bring to audiences, underscoring the value of ethnographic cinema as a bridge between cultures and as a medium for exploring our intricate relationships with nature, heritage, and society.
